Yumpingo sends out an email through our partners at Are they Happy for any task assigned to you and its deadline. If there are multiple tasks that fit the criteria, you will only receive one email that contains information for all your assigned tasks.
The email reminders display tasks separately and contain all relevant information about that task. Each task will also have its own Go to Team Task button that will redirect you to the task's detail page.
The email notifications contain the following information:
- Task ID and request type
- Comment from the creator (if any)
- Task Status - if the status was changed, the old status is displayed with a strikethrough
- Assignee
- Creator/Assigner
- Due date
This is currently enabled for all active users and tasks. There is currently the ability to disable email notifications.
