Search for the official Google Translate extension in your Chrome browser (link here)
Hit ‘Add to Chrome’
Hit ‘Accept extension’ in the automatic dialog
You can now see a Google Translate icon in your top right corner
Now each time you highlight a text which is not in your default language little chrome extension icon will pop up
