If you've logged on to the Yumpingo Dashboard and you just see endless dancing dots, it's most likely because you're trying to access the Dashboard through the web browser Internet Explorer, which does not support Yumpingo.
Instead, try using Google Chrome or Safari (really they all work but Internet Explorer!). If it still isn't working, message us at support and we'll make sure all your user permissions are up to date.
