How to check the Wi-Fi connection on a Yumpingo device
If your WiFi does not connect and you receive the error message 'authentication problem' then your WiFi is either offline or the password is incorrect. You will need to connect with your company's IT team to get your WiFi back up and running.
No WiFi? No problem!
If your WiFi is not working the Yumpingo devices will continue to capture and store your reviews until your WiFi is working again and then upload the stored reviews to the Yumpingo dashboard. Yumpingo will store your reviews on the device for up to 7 days. When your WiFi is back up your reviews will update on the Yumpingo dashboard as normal.
