To ensure your feedback device works optimally at your venue, follow the instructions below to carry out a simple, yet essential WIFI Test.
Switch on the device and fast tap on the BBI © tesxt at the bottom left of the device screen until a white screen appears with Black Box Intelligence at the top.
The WIFI Status should show ‘Connected’ like this:
If the device is not connected you will see the alerts highlighted in yellow here:
Tap on ‘WI-FI SETTINGS’ and select the WIFI network for your venue. If you do not know or cannot see the WIFI network, get in contact with your IT team.
