Connecting your WiFi

To ensure your Yumpingo works optimally at your venue, follow the instructions below to carry out a simple, yet essential WIFI Test.


Switch on the Yumpingo device and fast tap on the  Yumpingo© logo at the bottom left of device screen until a white screen appears with Yumpingo at the top. 


WIFI Status should show ‘Connected’. 


If shows ‘Disconnected’, tap on ‘Network Name’ and select the WIFI network for your venue. If you do not know or cannot see the WIFI network, get in contact with your IT team.
