How to turn off and reboot Micros POS system

Test WiFi connectivity in your venue and check that the Yumpingo device is 'Connected' to WiFi.


If the Yumpingo device is 'Connected' to WiFi but cannot pull a digital bill the issue may be to do with the Micros POS connection.


Follow the instructions attached to reboot the Micros POS system and resolve the issue.


If the issue does not resolve after rebooting Micros, please contact your company IT to investigate further.
