The Yumpingo Dashboard is your gateway to all your guest reviews, both internally through Yumpingo ingestion methods (QR codes, devices, email reviews) and externally through your social media and review platforms like Trip Advisor.
The primary functionality of the main Yumpingo dashboard is to show insights for those internal Yumpingo reviews. To track and react to your external facing reviews, you can go to the Reputation dashboard.
1. Log in to the Yumpingo Dashboard
2. Go to the reputation tab on the left. This will launch your Reputation Management.
3. To go back to the Yumpingo dashboard at any time, just navigate to the top bar and click Yumpingo.
