Accessing your user profile
First, log into the Yumpingo Dashboard. If this is your first time logging in, you may need to reset your password.
- The new profile page appears just above the log-out button on the bottom left.
Updating your information
It's really important that your user information is up to date. This helps Yumpingo tailor information by your brand and job role. For example, General Managers and Marketing Directors need to see different reporting to help them get the most out of using Yumpingo for their everyday needs. The page allows you to change your name, job title, and email notifications.
You will be prompted periodically to ensure your profile is up to date but if your job title has changed, you can change it at any time.
If you have access to all the venues in your brand (brand level access), you have the ability to access different notifications than people with access to just one venue (for example if you are a GM). Your head office and Yumpingo account manager decide on which level of permissions each user has.
You can only set up email notifications if you can access that particular venue in the dashboard. If you think you may have the wrong permissions or your role has changed, reach out to your head office or account administrator to request a change.
Changing your email notifications
To add a new email report, go to the type of notification you'd like to set up and click add.
Then, click Save at the bottom right of the page. If you make a mistake, you can select Reset changes to go back to your original permissions.
To switch off an email report, click the small X next to the specific one under the notification type.
To switch all email reporting off, click the toggle switch to off.
In this case, your notifications have been saved and can be turned back on at any time. This is helpful if you want to temporarily pause notifications (for example, on holidays, maternity cover, or temporary closure of a venue).
Save button not working?
All of the personal details on a profile are required fields. If you're editing the page for the first time and didn’t previously have a job title assigned, you'll need to populate the job title fields.
