Reputation- update user notifications

Each user in your company has the ability to configure which Email Notifications they would like to receive. Any user accounts with executive roles (Owners, Admins, Social Media Managers) are able to reconfigure the email notifications for other accounts within their company. 


Change user notifications-

1. Access Reputation by going to the Yumpingo Dashboard and then clicking the Reputation tab on the left to launch Reputation management. 


2. Navigate to the Users & Rights page, click on any of the other user accounts in your company.



3. Then click on the Notifications tab to see that user's notifications settings.

  • By default, you will be presented with the settings for the Daily Email Report. To view other notification types, click on the dropdown and select a different one.



Clicking or unticking a checkbox for a group will select/deselect all locations for the entire group. 


The notifications list is displayed as a hierarchical list which means you will be able to see locations inside their respective groups. Ticking or unticking a checkbox for a group will select/deselect all locations for the entire group.
