Yumpingo allows your customers to leave a 1-minute review in a number of ways; through your Order & Pay app, your booking system, or the WIFI at your venue.

Yumpingo emails or texts your customers a link to the review after their meal, which means they can take part any place, any time - up to 7 days after visiting your restaurant.

These formats do not require any action from you, but you mention to your customers to be on the lookout for an email/text to help you serve them better in the future. This helps with your overall engagement with your guests and will improve your review rates.
