Yumpingo allows your customers to leave a 1-minute review in a number of ways; through your Order & Pay app, your booking system, or through the WiFi login at your venue.

Yumpingo emails, or texts your customers a link to the review after their meal (usually with a one hour delay), which means they can leave a reviews anywhere and anytime - up to 7 days after visiting your restaurant.

This type of review does not require any action from you, but you can mention to your customers to be on the lookout for an email/text to help you serve them better in the future. This helps with your overall engagement with guests and will improve your review rates.
