Yumpingo Pay digitises the payment process, minimise delays and issues at the end of service.
Guests will be able to leave faster, minimising negative feedback associated with waiting for the payment to be made. Guest sentiment overall will improve and there will be a faster turnaround for you.

Firstly you need to follow the same process at the Digital Bill to enter the table or check/bill number into the devices. This will allow you to present your guests with their specific check/bill. Here's how the Digital Bill process works.
Once you present the guest with their check, a QR Code for Pay will show at the bottom of the bill. There is a banner on the device which allows guest to leave a review:
Your guest can scan the QR code with their phone and review their experience on the devices in any order they wish to. Your guests can start the review first and return to the bill at any point via the 'view bill' button at the top of the screen:
If your guest skips the review and moves straight to payment, the last question that the guest was on remains visible, should they choose to answer more questions.
