Not Receiving Yumpingo Email Reports

Yumpingo Weekly Email Reports are sent out from our email address: [email protected].


To see what reports your should be receiving, first log into the Yumpingo DashboardIf this is your first time logging in, you may need to reset your password.

  • The new profile page appears just above the log-out button on the bottom left.




Email notifications

The type of notifications you receive have been requested by the Yumpingo account manager and brand administrator. If you think you may have the wrong permissions or your role has changed, reach out to your head office or account administrator to request a change.


Changing your email notifications

 

On your profile page, you have the ability to turn off/on any of the notifications you have set up.

Updating your email preferences


If you can see on your Yumpingo profile page that you're set up to receive a specific report but still aren't receiving it, please check your spam/junk email folder and settings and ensure that the email address [email protected] is not being blocked by your email server.


You can also set [email protected] as 'safe' in your email settings and this should ensure our email reports get through in the future.

Please also get in touch with your IT department and ask them to whitelist our domains.
Some companies have a corporate filter in place, which will block our emails before they even reach your inbox.


If you're still not getting your reports, reach out to us out by clicking the support chatbox on the lower right side of your screen and we'll help you get them sorted.
