October 2024

Our team have been busy this month with some of the latest feature improvements we've rolled out, including Guest Recovery Alerts, Menu Management updates, and more.

Guest Recovery Alerts

We’ve introduced email alerts for guest complaints. When a review with a complaint is submitted, an email will be sent to the designated address with key info:

  • Venue Name
  • Date/Time
  • NPS Score
  • Complaint Text

You’ll also get a link to the dashboard for the full details.

The subject line will read: “New Guest Complaint at <Venue Name>.”

There are two options available;

Centralised complaints handling:

Send all complaints details to a single email address (all customer information included)

Use Case: Creates a ticket in your Customer relations platform.

User complaint notification:

Triggers email alert to specific users, with a direct link to the review in the ‘Live page’

Use Case: Ops team can react fast and recover guests via email or whilst still on-site

Yumpingo Consent Checkbox

We’ve added the option to remove the Yumpingo consent checkbox from the subscribe screen, which is controlled by development upon request. If hidden, the checkbox won't appear, and it’ll automatically be set to "No" for the review.
