Release Note: Composed Chart Widget (Bar + Line Chart)
Overview
This update introduces a new Composed Chart Widget that blends bar and line visuals in a single view. Designed for deeper comparative insights, it enables users to track group-specific performance alongside overarching trends—ideal for comparing Regions, MDs, and Brands.
New Feature: Bar + Line Composition
A new widget is now available that features:
- Bars representing selected groups (e.g. Regions, MDs)
- A line overlay showing dynamic averages (e.g. brand or regional)
How It Works
Users select a group of venues (e.g. all MDs within a region)
Each bar displays individual values per group
The line reflects the comparative average across the selection
Example:
Selecting all regions: line = brand average
Selecting all MDs in a region: line = regional average
Supports:
Venue Group Type 1 vs Brand
Venue Group Type 2 vs Venue Group Type 1

Release Note: Follow Up Emails Automation
Overview
This enhancement adds a new automation capability, allowing Yumpingo to send targeted Follow Up Emails based on guest activity with their review email. It ensures timely re-engagement with guests who have not entered the review flow or interacted with the previous email.
New Feature: Configurable Follow Up Emails
New backend logic enables teams to:
- Automatically send follow-up emails based on if they have interacted or started the review flow from the previous email.
- Set different templates and timing logic per brand
- Track which follow-up messages have been delivered, clicked & reviewed.
How It Works
- Email templates are configured via Yumpingo backend
- Logic rules can trigger follow-ups for:
- Time frame from first send if the first email has not been interacted with.
