After Tagging and Answering a review in your Inbox, you can mark it as Completed.
To complete a review, click the ☑️ on the top right corner of the review box. This way your Inbox will be clean and your team will know someone has responded and taken care of this review.
To find a completed review, click on the Complete button in the left side menu. You can always go back to it and modify a completed review.
